Description
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Jr. Marketing Operations System Administrator to join our team. • This role will be responsible for supporting our marketing operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our martech tools. • Triage and manage marketing operations support tickets • Oversee daily administration of martech tools • Conduct user onboarding and system maintenance • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the marketing technology stack • Manage user access and permissions for various marketing systems • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation for martech tools • Support continuous improvement of marketing operations processes and workflows
Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo preferred) • Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM and its objects • Familiarity with marketing or sales enablement tools • A strong self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
