β€’ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product & Content Marketing Manager to act as the crucial bridge between our product management teams and the broader marketing organization. β€’ This role will be instrumental in translating product features and functionalities into compelling content that resonates with our target audiences and drives product adoption. β€’ The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating impactful marketing materials. β€’ Develop a deep understanding of our products, their functionalities, and their target market. β€’ Analyze the competitive landscape, identify key differentiators and USPs, and assess market potential for each product. β€’ Research and define target audience personas, including their roles in the decision-making and buying cycle. β€’ Understand their needs, pain points, and preferred communication channels. β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy for assigned product areas. β€’ Create compelling and informative content across various formats, including website copy, blog posts, white papers, case studies, presentations, sales collateral, and social media content. β€’ Act as the primary liaison between product management and marketing teams. β€’ Collaborate closely with content marketing, demand generation, sales, and other relevant teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective content distribution. β€’ Provide marketing and sales teams with the necessary content and tools to effectively promote and sell the products. β€’ Ensure they have access to the latest product information and marketing materials. β€’ Develop and maintain competitive positioning documents, highlighting our product's strengths and advantages over competitors. β€’ Translate technical product features into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate language. β€’ Ensure consistent use of terminology across all marketing materials. β€’ Track and analyze the performance of content marketing initiatives, using data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns. β€’ Gather and analyze market feedback and customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. β€’ Ensure all German market-facing content is culturally relevant, accurate, and optimized for local audiences.

🎯 Requirements
