• Stripe • JOB TITLE: Sales Operations Analyst • LOCATION: West Coast (US) • CONTRACT: 6-month contract, with extension opportunities • ABOUT ALGOMARKETING: Experts at delivering programs and resourcing for strategic roles within Marketing teams. Global team of marketing experts across 30 countries. • Our team works collaboratively with experience from the world's largest and most ambitious brands. • Empowering Marketers through Algorithmic Marketing, a data-driven approach. • ABOUT THE ROLE: Join GTM Data Governance team managing, creating rules, and structuring GTM data at Stripe. Looking for a self-starter with experience in data operational functions within CRM to support GTM Sales and Marketing teams. • RESPONSIBILITIES include managing data for sales campaigns within Salesforce, owning sales-play list execution, working with Data Quality Lead to establish best practices, and establishing repeatable data operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field • At least 6-8 years of work experience • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, aggregate large amounts of data, and conduct required analyses • Expertise in campaign, target, and list management in Salesforce • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce: managing data loads, understanding objects, object relations, and data management • SQL Experience is a hard requirement. Need to be proficient in SQL (at immediate level) • Quantifiable benchmark for SQL fluency. Writing queries from scratch • Experience using Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting • Proactive/Self-Starter type of attitude • Drive and lead projects/initiatives • Provide Perspective and opinion and execute • Follow through on managerial asks • Deliver on more analytical reporting: SQL, Excel, Salesforce, etc. • Sales Ops/Marketing Ops Analyst • Strong Salesforce experience developing dashboards, developing insights, and communicating with various stakeholders
