📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Services Leader to lead our data services team. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, analytics, and data integration. • As the leader of our Data Services Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the data services team, ensuring data quality, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. • Lead and manage the data services team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. • Develop and implement data management strategies, policies, and procedures. • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems and platforms. • Oversee data integration and ETL processes, ensuring efficient and accurate data flow. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data needs and challenges. • Drive the development and maintenance of data models, databases, and data warehouses. • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-related metrics. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics. • Implement and promote best practices in data management and integration, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with established internal standards. • Proven ability to manage a large data services team and implement new strategies to create efficiencies in data cleansing and data integration. • Work collaboratively with a global team, managing projects and communication across different time zones and cultures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. • Master's degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in data management, data services, or a similar role. • Proven experience leading and managing a team of data professionals. • Strong knowledge of data management tools, databases, and analytics platforms. • Demonstrated experience in implementing data management best practices. • Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data integration techniques. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Knowledge of data governance, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards. • Experience working in a global company, with the ability to navigate and manage cultural differences and varying time zones.
