Description

• Build and manage high-quality, multi-platform QA systems. • Partner with the Studio Manager, Production, and Development teams to optimize the quality of our releases. • Ensure consistency for bug reports, processes, and best practices for productions. • Define new and improve existing QA processes and structures for multi-studio collaboration. • Plan testing strategies with our Production team. • Collaborate with the quality gate owners for our releases. • Work together with the Development team to identify opportunities to improve the overall quality. • Liaise with Product and Production teams to align bug-fix priorities. • Prepare and deliver regular status reports on product quality and performance. • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test scenarios.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a QA senior-level role in a large software application or video game development. • Expert understanding of software QA and game development practices and terminology (ideally in relation to mobile games or live-supported games). • Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and life-cycle. • Ability to research and learn about new techniques and adapt them to project requirements. • Good knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), software version control, and MS Office tools. • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively on studio projects with developers, artists, and producers. • Proficient in written and spoken English language.
