Description
• Provide consultation and implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning. • Subject Matter Expert in FP&A practice. • Independently consults with external clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Leads client deliverables across multiple projects. • Consults on impact of decisions to operating systems. • Manages work to project scope, timeline, risk, and budget. • Listens to client requests and provides expertise. • Manages client expectations and identifies trouble spots. • Contributes to internal resource development via mentoring.
Requirements
• Experience of deploying Workday or other SaaS software or EPM solutions • Knowledge and experience of translating business requirements into system requirements • Experience working in a functional EPM or planning role preferred • Consultancy experience will be highly regarded • Existing Workday certification will be highly regarded • Advanced analytical & technical skills • Excellent oral and written communications skills • Good presentation and facilitation skills • Experience of confidently managing stakeholders • A team-oriented approach • Self-awareness regarding personal skills and limitations • A natural tendency towards personal accountability • A demonstrated bias for action • Good personal productivity and self-motivation
