• Responsible for payroll accounting and funding expertise • Interacts with internal and external auditors • Leads project initiatives for high risk escalations • Provides support for all implementations and go lives • Performs financial audits and reconciles payroll results • Reviews variances and recommends client intervention procedures • Analyzes internal processes for audit controls • Resolves Technical/Functional issues escalated from the team • Communicates with clients and vendors for issue resolution • Supports management in client escalations and upselling opportunities
• Payroll Accounting experience preferred • 1 to 3 years’ experience using Workday • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage team workload • Ability to focus on SLA attainment and task prioritization • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients • Ability to identify problems and address root causes • Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines • Advanced skills using Excel and related systems • Ability to identify and mitigate risks • Flexibility to support a global, fast paced environment • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
