Requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong interpersonal skills • Knowledge of standard HR Technology product portfolios (Workday/SuccessFactors/Oracle – hrX – payroll engines, time solutions) • Problem solving mindset • Coordination skills
