Description
• Provide operational and managerial-level marketing expertise for Strada in DACH • Support and drive demand generation • Enhance and differentiate Strada in the market • Increase customer intimacy and drive growth • Create, design, and implement a regional digital marketing strategy • Maintain communication with sales and leadership team members • Lead and develop high-performing marketing programs • Collaborate with sales teams for tailored messaging • Lead Strada´s presence at trade shows and events • Oversee marketing communications including PR, advertising, and online presence management • Provide reporting and analytics using CRM and marketing automation systems • Optimize customer experience and build content for the Strada DE website • Develop close collaboration with leading technology providers • Work with global marketing team to localize initiatives in DACH • Act as regional custodian of the Strada brand • Manage agency relations and oversee a Marketing Executive and Sales Development/Business Development rep
Requirements
• 5+ years of marketing management experience required • Extensive marketing practice in DACH and ideally other counties worldwide • Industry experience in Outsourcing Services, Professional Services, Software or Technology especially in payroll and/or Human Resources space desired but not crucial • Ability to think strategically and translate market requirements into cohesive value propositions • Ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute multiple projects on-time and within budget • Self-starter & hands-on mentality • Experience with content creation, marketing automation tools & lead nurturing • Strong understanding of branding, lead generation and sales processes • Deep expertise in electronic and social marketing strategy & programs • Strong written and verbal communication skills and expert presentation skills • Highly organized and ability to work in a fast-moving, international, complex matrix environment
