Description
• Independently process payroll according to standards • Monitor ticket queues and manage timelines • Utilize hrX tools for payroll processing • Understand payslips and payroll calendars • Identify deviations and support change requests • Manage sensitive information appropriately • Produce client specific payroll reports • Validate data for accuracy and completeness • Answer payroll inquiries • Support system maintenance testing
Requirements
• Ability to process payroll from end to end • Monitoring and managing ticket queues • Utilizing hrX suite of tools for payroll processing • Understand and interpret payslips • Follow the payroll calendar • Identify deviations from service standards • Recognizing and handling sensitive information • Produce standard and client specific payroll reports • Review and validate data for accuracy • Answer payroll related questions • Support SOC1 Controls
