Description
• Support global HR policies and procedures. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team for talent management. • Assist in HR compliance and reporting. • Participate in global HR projects and initiatives. • Ensure data integrity within the HRIS system.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a global or multinational environment. • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. • Strong organizational and project management skills.
