📋 Description
• Responsible for engaging and coordinating client teams in day-to-day service activities • Overlook teams are properly resourced, trained and skilled • Ensure adherence to internal standard processes • Perform active management and understand levels of progress • Display decision-making skills that support company policies • Support team managers and specialists • Monitor and coordinate ticket queues using BI tools • Effectively monitor client SLAs • Conduct Root Cause Analysis for escalated issues • Support recruitment, induction, onboarding, training and contract changes • Ensure compliance of all systems and Company properties
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience and expertise in HR data management • Managing multiple teams and clients • Experience with new Client implementation and Change Requests • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and independently • Essential 4-6 years relevant experience in HR consulting, HR/Payroll Outsourcing or Corporate environment • HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred • Fluent English both written and spoken
