• BA/BS (related in Finance or Accounting) or equivalent combination of education & experience • Fluent in English (written, oral) • Fluent in Nihongo (Japanese) • Advanced level of Excel • Country legislation expertise • HR Consulting, payroll and outsourcing industry experience • A solutions-based thinker with a natural inquisitive mind • Attention to detail
