Description

• Define and maintain local payroll country setup within Strada Pay • Ensure compliance with legal changes and standards • Validate country standards through testing in Strada Pay • Accountable for payroll activation for new customers • Assist clients in payroll activities and provide support • Maintain clear communications for efficient payroll processing • Deliver training and coaching to team members

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written, oral) • Advanced level of Excel • Country payroll and legislation expertise • HR Consulting, payroll and outsourcing industry experience • Implementation knowledge and experience • A solutions-based thinker with a natural inquisitive mind • Attention to detail • At least 7 years’ experience in a payroll role • Business analysis experience • Experience working for a global organization with a multi-cultural environment
