Description
• Process payroll end-to-end following calendars • Participate in projects activating Strada Pay for customers • Validate all client updates and rules • Support client workbooks and product documentation • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and support colleagues and clients
Requirements
• Fluent in English and Norwegian (written, oral) • At least 4 years of experience in a payroll position • Knowledge and experience of Norwegian payroll (legislation, compliance, NAV, lønn etc) • Advanced level of Excel • HR Consulting, payroll and outsourcing industry experience • A solutions-based thinker with a natural inquisitive mind • Business analysis experience
