📋 Description
• Responsible for overall performance of the Operational team • Ensure that all team members are trained in delivering accurate payroll services • Manage ticket queues and monitor client SLAs • Coach and develop action plans for team performance
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced English & German language skills (at least B2 level) • Good understanding of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment • HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred • Payroll certifications • Experience managing small-medium scale projects • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
