Description
• Responsible for moderate to complex level Tax accounting/withholding, reporting, analysis or audit activities • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results • Provide work direction to team associates • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions • Calculate retroactive tax, gross to net calculations including tax withholding • Prepare, balance and release W-2 files • Maintain employee master tax data including tax data integrity assurance
Requirements
• 5 - 7 Years Payroll Tax at employee level • Strong attention to detail and execution • Strong verbal & written communication skills • Strong business acumen • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented, organized and capable of prioritizing workload • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively as a member of a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, Excel and PowerPoint
