• Acts as the main operational representative for a portfolio of clients to ensure that local service level delivery happens as agreed • Develop plans and strategies within HRO to ensure all client and company objectives are met • Maintains operational proficiencies of an account(s) by managing the delivery of support services and operational requirements of the client as outlined in assigned contract • Provides the team staffs with clear objectives, direction and support to ensure that KPI’s are being met and sustained • Provides operational and service level data to the client as requested to build confidence and credibility in the services being provided • Assesses impact (including mitigation of risk) for local change requests for accounts within direct control
• Bachelor's Degree holder or education related to the role • Works closely with Service Delivery Manager and regional SME to represent operations towards the client • Ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met • Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and ensure team members have the appropriate level of support and direction required to achieve their objectives • Adherence to NGA and Client procedures and policies • Attendance rate of at least 95% per month • Completed each month of payroll items on time with sign off from client • Develop and maintain operational issue & improvement log with agreed solution and timeline by respective parties • Develop payroll validation checklist • Knowledge document is developed, stored and updated • Attend to other ad-hoc assignments required • Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English
