• Performs the analysis of current client business processes • Has knowledge of one or several modules of SAP HR and euHReka • Plans the parametrization and defines business based on the taking of requirements • Monitors adaptation and parametrization of the solution to the taking of requirements • Resolves complex problems related to the functional environment of the application • Monitors HRSP implementation and performs customization required based on legal changes • Completes presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirements • Provides training on those areas in which they are specialized for experience and knowledge • Detects potential risk • Encourages the education of the people in the team • Has a global view of the application from the functional point of view • Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments • Solves complex problems related to the application environment • Is a functional reference to one or more areas relating to SAP HR and euHReka • Able to take decisions autonomously • Business analysis concerning the area of human resources and payroll • Preparation the specifications of the proposed solutions • Preparation of test scripts • Test of implemented changes
