• Report to the UKG Team Lead • Support and maintain UKG time management systems • Provide customer support activities (guidance, consultancy etc.) • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of service provided by STRADA • Work in a fast-paced collaborative environment • Familiarise with other workforce management tools and platforms • Plenty of learning and development opportunities
• Minimum 2 years experience in implementing and configuring UKG workforce management solutions • Knowledge of UKG configuration tool: Pro WFM • Relevant UKG certifications: Pro WFM certifications • Fluent French (C1 level min.) and fluency in English • Other European languages is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
