Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master’s degree is preferred • 10+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or business operations • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs within complex organizations • Experience working directly with senior leadership and managing cross-functional teams • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Demonstrated expertise in change management and organizational transformation • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
