• Workday Absence and Time Tracking Senior Consultant role in AMS Cloud Optimization Practice • Analyze, define and document complex business requirements and processes • Lead design and review existing/new functionality/configuration with technical and functional resources • Manage multiple, parallel projects/tasks successfully • Provide guidance and thought leadership on resolving client needs • Monitor progress of tasks and communicate status to leadership • Establish and maintain client relationships • Communicate client feedback to leadership • Demonstrate knowledge of Workday functional area and participate in training initiatives • Complete assigned tasks within prescribed timelines

Requirements

• 5 plus years previous experience implementing and/or configuring Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking • Prior experience may include PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Oracle E-Business, Ultipro or other SaaS software solutions • Workday deployment experience required • Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization preferred • Strong facilitation/presentation skills • Experience in transforming business requirements into complex system configurations • Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects • Time management and organizational skills are required for success • Strong work ethics, setting an example for others • Excellent oral and written communications skills • Proficient to advanced MS Excel Skills
