📋 Description
• Manage clinical site monitoring services for complex, multinational projects • Act as subject matter expert, mentor, and coach CRAs • Lead CRA role may include managing monitoring services for projects • Oversee site recruitment and setup and ensure patient recruitment • Facilitate communication and compliance with project and regulatory guidelines
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of a college diploma/degree and 4-6 years of related experience • Self-motivation with strong communication skills and a commitment to achieving positive results • Strong attention to detail with importance on building collaborative relationships • Ability to engage in continuous learning and self-development • Ability to continually foster teamwork • Fluent in the reading, writing and speaking of English
