• Manage full clinical site monitoring services for projects. • Act as subject matter expert and mentor. • Act as primary liaison between CRAs and project team. • Identify and recruit site investigators. • Oversee site integrity and compliance.
Requirements
• Minimum of a college diploma/degree and 4-6 years of related experience. • Self-motivation with strong communication skills and commitment to achieving positive results. • Strong attention to detail and understanding of collaborative relationships. • Ability to engage in continuous learning and self-development. • Ability to foster teamwork.
