• This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer who excels in technical leadership and has a strong background in software development and architecture. • As a Lead Software Engineer, you will guide a team of engineers, contribute to the design and implementation of software systems, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. • Your role will involve code review, project management, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Proven experience (8+ years) as a software engineer, with a strong background in software development and architecture. • Experience in the healthcare domain. • Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar, and proficiency in modern web development technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js). • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of engineers. • Experience with Agile development methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and DevOps practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
