Description

• We are seeking a motivated and skilled Cloud Engineer with a strong focus on observability • Support SS&C Blue Prism (Chorus, Document Automation) products and their underlying infrastructure • Provide day-to-day operational support for SS&C Blue Prism products running on AWS • Monitor cloud infrastructure health, performance, and security • Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure automation • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive monitoring and observability solutions • Proactively optimize system performance and resource utilization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 2+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (networking, security, storage, compute) • Experience with Observability tools such as New Relic, CloudWatch, Graphana, Splunk • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) or similar technologies • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (English proficiency) • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to provide timely support • Experience with SS&C Blue Prism products or similar automation platforms (desired) • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or other relevant cloud technologies (desired) • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation tasks (desired)
