📋 Description
• Lead the development and execution of PoCs for AI technologies. • Oversee the intake and evaluation of potential AI use cases from business and operational teams. • Design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance automation and operational efficiency. • Actively participate in coding, model development, and technical execution of AI solutions. • Ensure AI initiatives are aligned with overall enterprise AI strategy. • Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI models. • Stay current with the latest trends in AI and machine learning technologies. • Act as an AI expert and technical leader for the development team. • Support AI project delivery, managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. • Maintain strict adherence to data privacy, governance, and security standards.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Data Sciences, AI, machine learning, or a related field. • Proven expertise in managing PoCs, with hands-on technical involvement. • Experience in coding and model development, with strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages. • Strong background in LLMs, data engineering, ETL, machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and NLP. • Experience in deploying Analytics and AI/ML models in production environments, using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
