Description

• Looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join SS&C Blue Prism Agility team. • Support up to 5 Scrum Masters and 20 agile delivery teams. • Engage with team members to promote transparency, empathy, and trust. • Guide self-organising teams to deliver value with each iteration.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Senior Scrum Master/ Agile Coach to multiple (up to 10) teams in demanding project environments. • Proven experience coaching, mentoring, training and developing Scrum Masters and Agile Team Facilitators in Scrum and Kanban. • Experience working with demanding stakeholders and leadership. • Scrum Master / Kanban/ Agile Coaching certifications – Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, ICAgile preferred but not essential. • Knowledge / experience of Jira, Confluence and Agile Metrics Hybrid & waterfall experience. • Scaling experience essential, LeSS preferred but not essential. • Demonstrable experience driving an agenda for organisational agility that promotes the agile culture and mindset holistically, transcending organisational boundaries.
