Description

• Participate in development discussions and implement solutions on real projects. • Work with a team to produce well-rounded solutions. • Obtain the experience to create a foundation for growth and future opportunities with Allegion. • Analyze and define software requirements to determine specifications and standards. • Determine the cost of new and modified systems and engage in the proposal process. • Develop, design, and edit original applications, or modify third-party applications. • Test and approve applications. • Train users and write training manuals. • Manage user support and feedback. • May specialize in one or more areas of development, including network, operating systems, databases, or applications.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or Electrical Engineering. • Resiliency and ability to adapt quickly. • Ability to work independently and as a team player. • Effective listening, time management and creative problem-solving techniques. • A desire to learn, grow and develop by working on projects that will impact Allegion’s business and customers.
