• This position executes the global manufacturing strategy and supports automation, process digitization, and process standardization. • Leads projects that align with the global manufacturing strategy focusing on automation, EOL testing, and digitization. • Collaborates with various support functions to identify and implement automation projects. • Supports large capital investment initiatives within operations. • Partners with product engineering to ensure manufacturability on product designs. • Develops systems for decision-making and OEE across manufacturing sites. • Identifies and implements new technology for automation solutions.
• Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred. • Ability to travel up to 50% domestic and global. • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant AME experience with a focus in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, machine Controls or Automation. • Experience with distribution, warehousing and/or logistics facilities a plus. • Understanding of MES and ERP systems is ideal. • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. • Strong interpersonal and high-performance team building skills. • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of personal computer applications required (Excel, Word, Visio, and PP). • Excellent Team Facilitation Skills.
