• Responsible for supporting the execution of the global manufacturing strategy and deployments. • Focused on manufacturing automations, process digitization, electronic test support, and process standardization. • Implement and support actions that bring about improvements in safety, quality, delivery, growth, margin expansion, and inventory. • Collaborate with various support functions in the identification and implementation of projects. • Lead/support large capital investment initiatives within operations. • Develop systems that empower decision-making by having the right information at the right time.
• Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred. • Ability to travel up to 50% domestic and global. • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant AME experience with a focus in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, machine Controls or Automation. • Experience with distribution, warehousing and/or logistics facilities a plus. • Understanding of MES and ERP systems is ideal. • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. • Strong interpersonal and team building skills. • Ability to effectively facilitate group activities and discussions. • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of personal computer applications required (Excel, Word, Visio, and PP).
