📋 Description

• Oversee the full accounting cycle • Prepare and present financial reports • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies • Develop and maintain financial policies and controls • Identify and implement cost-saving measures • Act as a signing authority for financial transactions • Oversee HR functions, including payroll and compliance • Support employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and training • Ensure proper maintenance of employee records • Address HR concerns • Ensure efficient office administration and facilities management • Support organizational risk management and governance initiatives • Foster a positive work culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field • Professional designation (CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent) strongly preferred • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management and administration • Ideally, 1-2 years of people management experience overseeing HR administration • Experience with government programming and government-funded projects • Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting • Experience in HR administration and policy development • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders
