β€’ Oversee the full accounting cycle β€’ Prepare and present financial reports β€’ Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow β€’ Coordinate and lead the annual audit process β€’ Ensure compliance with regulations and policies β€’ Develop and maintain financial policies and controls β€’ Identify and implement cost-saving measures β€’ Act as a signing authority for financial transactions β€’ Oversee HR functions, including payroll and compliance β€’ Support employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and training β€’ Ensure proper maintenance of employee records β€’ Address HR concerns β€’ Ensure efficient office administration and facilities management β€’ Support organizational risk management and governance initiatives β€’ Foster a positive work culture

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field β€’ Professional designation (CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent) strongly preferred β€’ Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management and administration β€’ Ideally, 1-2 years of people management experience overseeing HR administration β€’ Experience with government programming and government-funded projects β€’ Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting β€’ Experience in HR administration and policy development β€’ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills β€’ Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite β€’ Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders
