📋 Description

• Work in a team environment alongside industry experts. • Extensive training programs and active mentoring/coaching. • Responsibility for managing project aspects and client relationships. • Utilize research and strong analytical skills to deliver complex client solutions. • Facilitate and attend client meetings and manage client relationships. • Conduct necessary research and present findings in a clear manner. • Data analysis and interpretation, process mapping, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree. • 2-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and client management. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable recommendations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to clients and stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, PowerBI) is a plus. • An understanding of business dynamics and challenges, with the ability to provide strategic insights and solutions. • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Ability to maintain confidentiality with company and client information. • Flexibility to travel up to 50% each month. • Preferred Certifications: PMP, Black Belt, Agile, Scrum Master. • Preferred Technology proficiencies: Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project).
