Description

• Allied Talent Partners is a talent marketplace, connecting experienced professionals with climate-related projects and businesses in Africa. • The client is looking to hire a Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance its HR operations by making them more data-driven and outcomes-based. • The role involves working closely with the Chief People Officer to develop interactive dashboards and organize data for the people team. • The project aims to have fully functional dashboards by early 2025, with the flexibility to start as a three-month engagement, potentially extending based on the scoping process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data organization, warehousing, and dashboard creation. • Experience in working with HR analytics or similar functions to make data-driven decisions. • Proficiency in SQL for back-end data structuring and management. • Expertise in Microsoft Power BI for dashboard visualization. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the people team and other departments. • Reliability and trustworthiness, as the role directly impacts the company's internal HR operations.
