• Allied Talent Partners connects experienced professionals with climate-related projects and businesses in Africa. • The client seeks an Impact Measurement Consultant to develop a theory of change for their Green Climate Fund proposal, structuring concepts into a logical framework with articulated activities, outputs, outcomes, and impacts.
Requirements
• Proven experience with GCF proposal processes, including theory of change articulation. • Background in developing and structuring theories of change with development finance or NGO-style frameworks. • Proficiency in creating detailed log frames and logical frameworks for development finance institutions. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to collaborate with Novastar’s internal team to align frameworks with GCF expectations. • Ability to review examples of successful GCF proposals and implement best practices
Benefits
