• Allied Talent Partners connects professionals with climate-related projects and businesses in Africa. • Client focuses on increasing bankable climate-related projects in emerging markets. • Evaluating investment opportunity in methane reduction technologies. • First phase: Conducting thorough due diligence on companies. • Second phase: Supporting company in crafting growth strategy. • Priority countries include Nigeria, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Oman, Algeria, Iraq, and Indonesia.
Requirements
• 5–10 years in private equity: Preferably in emerging markets, with a strong focus on growth equity and conducting thorough due diligence. • Oil & Gas expertise: Extensive experience in the sector, with specialized knowledge of flaring and methane reduction technologies and value chains. • Commodity markets knowledge: In-depth understanding of commodity pricing dynamics and cyclical market trends. • Proven expertise in financial modeling and analysis. • Comprehensive skillset in private equity, including valuation, deal structuring, and portfolio management. • Exposure to and/or experience in Nigeria and/or other priority countries preferred
