• Allied Talent Partners is a talent marketplace connecting professionals with climate projects in Africa. • The client is a philanthropic investment organization focusing on climate-related projects. • Seeking an Analytical Team to size equity financing needs in EMDEs and create a report. • Team lead manages stakeholder engagement including Allied Climate Partners, GFANZ, CPI and Three Cairns Group.
Requirements
• 2+ years business analysis, market research, or strategy development within a top tier consulting firm • Proven experience in driving a project to deliverable in complex stakeholder environment • Understanding or willingness to learn about the EMDE Climate Equity landscape including MDBs, DFIs, private sector investors, philanthropic organizations • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills; proficiency in data analysis • Proficiency in PowerPoint and developing slides ready for senior leadership syndication • Proficiency in Word and/or Publishing tool for report writing and project management • Exceptional problem-solving ability, logical reasoning, creative thinking • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly • A strong bias to action and ability to manage time effectively to ensure responsibilities are completed efficiently and all deadlines are met • Flexibility to adapt to support project effort as receive steer and feedback from other stakeholders
