• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience • 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in nonprofit or public accounting and multi-client environments • Demonstrated success managing multiple client relationships simultaneously • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly adapt to various accounting software platforms • Excellence in written and verbal communication • Proven ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration • Experience with fraud prevention and internal controls
