Description

• Collaborate with Candidate Coordinators and hiring managers to define recruitment needs and job requirements. • Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to determine applicant profiles. • Use job boards and direct search strategies to attract top candidates. • Evaluate candidates through structured interviews and assess their suitability. • Organize and coordinate interviews, including scheduling and logistical arrangements. • Manage interview feedback and facilitate external assessments as needed. • Prepare regular updates and status reports on job searches for hiring managers. • Maintain ATS dashboards and track key recruitment metrics (KPIs). • Design, implement, and oversee HR recruitment processes. • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent. • Support internal talent assessment and development as part of the broader talent management process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in an international setting. • Expertise in direct search methods and recruiting through platforms like LinkedIn. • Fluency in English (knowledge of a second language is a plus). • Strong business acumen and attention to detail. • Proficiency in sourcing tools, data management, and ATS systems (experience with Teamtailor is preferred). • Solid planning and organizational skills. • Availability of at least 20 hours per week. • Experience in employer branding strategy development is an advantage.
