• Provide customer service regarding vouchers for cleaning, shopping, etc. • Answer incoming calls and emails about vouchers usage, ordering, reimbursement, and exchange • Provide information about the legal conditions of voucher usage • Be the connection between the regions, cleaning companies, and customers
