• Handle inquiries from credit card holders and ensure the security and protection of credit card information • Identity verification, answering questions, and explaining any steps are among your core duties • Checking temporarily blocked cards for transactions and permanently blocking or unblocking the credit card • Handling claims files

Requirements

• Fluent in French • Working proficiency in English • Experience as a Customer Service Agent • Communicative and empathetic • Disciplined and accurate • Respectful and positive toward customers • Solution-oriented thinking • Patient • Reliable • Blocking lost/stolen credit and debit cards
