Description

• Create, implement, and manage wide learning deliverables, processes, and programs • Develop, direct, plan, and evaluate training programs to meet organizational requirements • Conduct needs assessments and design learning plans, content, processes, and systems • Manage learning project and program execution of moderate complexity • Recommend viable solutions to client groups for business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related Learning and Development field preferred • 6-8 years of Learning and Development or related experience required • Strong knowledge of learning and development software and learning technology platforms/systems • Strong knowledge of learning and development methodologies required, including Adult Learning principles • Knowledge of learning and development industry trends and best practices required • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required • Knowledge of SharePoint or other collaborative tools required • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Advanced consulting skills • Advanced analytical skills • Advanced project management skills • Strong time management skills • Ability to establish, manage, and develop strong working relationships with team members, internal partners, clients, and leaders across the Organization • Ability to work independently, as well as in a variety of team environments
