Description

• Supports Product Managers by performing business analytics and regional/state goal implementation. • Collaborates with internal customers in areas like Line Management and Underwriting. • Assists in developing opportunities to improve state/product strategies and business production. • Supports strategic decisions by analyzing data and monitoring key business metrics. • Helps in developing new products by performing compliance reviews and competitive analysis. • Works closely with product manager to implement rating plan enhancements and state filings. • Performs industry research and monitors competitor filing activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 2 or more years of related experience preferably with NGIC • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to learn new applications and systems and process complex data from multiple sources • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with SQL • In-depth knowledge of NPS system
