📋 Description
• We’re looking for a Director of Compliance to lead Alma’s Compliance Program. • This role will be integral to shaping the future of compliance at Alma. • Collaborate with various departments across Alma to identify and appropriately respond to compliance risks. • The ideal candidate has experience building and operationalizing best-in-class compliance and ethics programs in a healthcare organization.
🎯 Requirements
• You have a bachelor’s degree in a related field (or comparable work experience) with a Certification in Healthcare Compliance. • You have 7-10+ years’ experience within a healthcare compliance setting. • You have the proven ability to develop and deploy a compliance program and effectively manage others in a fast-paced, high volume, and frequently changing environment. • You have comprehensive knowledge of compliance issues related to the telemedicine space including - but not limited to - relevant laws, rules and regulations, and billing and coding requirements. • You have a strong understanding of healthcare coding, billing, and documentation standards as well as revenue cycle processes and procedures. • You are able to apply a risk-based analysis to compliance issues and demonstrate creativity and flexibility in developing solutions that satisfy both business requirements and legal obligation. • You have a demonstrated ability to operate in a highly visible, fast paced and challenging position successfully and efficiently.
