Description
• Alma is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Machine Learning Engineer to head our AI/ML team within the Data department. • Oversee a team that has successfully developed critical ML solutions for our core business, including risk assessment tools, customer scoring models, and fraud prevention systems. • Shape the ML roadmap in alignment with Alma's business goals. • Engage in hands-on work in ML engineering and ML Ops.
Requirements
• Master's degree or Ph. D. in a relevant field (computer science, machine learning, mathematics, engineering, statistics, etc.) • 5+ year of full-time permanent experience (internships & apprenticeships excluded) in machine learning, with at least 2 years in a management role • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical and technical stakeholders • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities • Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in French will be a plus!
