• The ideal candidate has understanding of HCM • Work independently and lead teams • Stay updated on technology trends • Facilitate user requirements and documentation • Manage system changes and testing cycles • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate fixes • Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders • Manage external vendors and technical support • Translate business requirements into documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science • 7+ years of experience in IT roles • Experience with HR systems implementation and support • Data Mapping or Solution Design experience • Excellent communication skills • Good knowledge of Project Management concepts • Ability to engage with senior leadership • Customer-focused with a problem-solving approach • Demonstrates technical curiosity
