• WIR SUCHEN DICH – MIT HERZ FÜR TIERE UND KÖPFCHEN FÜR PRODUKTE. • Unterstützung des Wildes Land Teams als Produktmanager (m/w/d) • Entwicklung von Produktkonzepten für Hunde- und Katzenfutter • Steuerung des gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozesses • Wahrung der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen und Produktqualität • Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Zielgruppenanalysen • Entwicklung von Preisstrategien und Unterstützung beim Einkauf • Koordination interner und externer Schnittstellen zur Markteinführung erfolgreicher Produkte
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise im FMCG-Umfeld oder im Heimtiermarkt • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing, Produktmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang • Eigene Haustiererfahrung – besonders mit Katzen – oder Know-how im Markt für Katzenfutter • Kreativität und Affinität zu Tierthemen sowie Gespür für Trends im Konsumgütersegment • Exzellente Projektmanagement-Skills und Selbstorganisation • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamplayer-Mentalität • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Programmen und Bereitschaft, neue Tools schnell zu lernen
