• Full Stack Development: Lead end-to-end development of web applications, contributing to both front-end and back-end code. Utilize your expertise in technologies such as React for the front end and NodeJS for the back end. • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical expertise during client meetings, offering insights into the development process and potential enhancements. • Architecture and Integration: Design and implement scalable architecture for web applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Integrate with third-party APIs and services to enhance the functionality and features of our digital products. • Agile Development: Work within an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and ensuring timely delivery of features. • Mentorship and Collaboration: Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to deliver exceptional digital experiences. • Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential application in our development process.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a focus on both front-end and back-end development. • Strong proficiency in React for front-end development and NodeJS for back-end development. • Experience in building complex systems, microservices, and integration with third-party APIs. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Leadership skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach. • Experience in a client-focused environment, preferably within an agency.
