📋 Description
• Oversee monthly and year-end close processes. • Manage the Accounts Payable (AP) team. • Collaborate to ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies. • Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. • Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and management reports. • Monitor and improve the close timeline and processes. • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation. • Ensure timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments. • Improve AP workflows to streamline operations. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. • 5-9 years of relevant experience. • CPA certification or progress toward certification is a plus. • Strong understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting standards. • Exceptional communication skills. • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Proficient in Excel and Netsuite preferred.
