• The world’s most sophisticated companies rely on AlphaSense to remove uncertainty from decision-making. • With market intelligence and search built on proven AI, AlphaSense delivers insights that matter from content you can trust. • The acquisition of Tegus by AlphaSense in 2024 advances our shared mission to empower professionals to make smarter decisions through AI-driven market intelligence. • AlphaSense is currently seeking a Principal People Systems Analyst to be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to design, implement, and provide ongoing support for Workday modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll or Absence and Time Tracking. • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes, extensive experience with Workday modules.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years experience in Workday, with at least 5 years focused on Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll or Absence and Time Tracking. • Workday Pro certification in 3+ modules including Core HCM. • Strong understanding of HR process and best practices with demonstrated experience working in a hyper-growth company. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and negotiate for the best possible solution. • Ability to coach and mentor partners at all levels on using Workday and the value Workday brings to business processes. • Must be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and understand and maintain HR data security. • Demonstrated ability to create internal team processes and help in the maturity of an internal People Systems team. • Proven expertise in translating business needs into technical requirements and actionable configurations, with a consultative mindset. • Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and delivering multiple initiatives on time and within scope. • In the role of Principal People Systems Analyst, you must be able to work independently, escalate when necessary and adapt to a fluid, fast-paced environment.
