📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing and Branding Designer to join our marketing team. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing design, branding, and visual storytelling. • This role requires a combination of creative skills and a strategic mindset to deliver impactful designs that elevate our brand, engage our audience, and support business growth. • Additionally, this position offers a clear career path towards UX/UI design. • We are committed to fostering your professional growth, providing opportunities for training and development in UX/UI. • As you gain experience and maturity in the role, you will gradually take on tasks and responsibilities related to user experience and interface design, aligning with your career aspirations and our business needs.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. • No prior experience required, but a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills is essential. • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Figma or Canva. • Experience designing for social media platforms and knowledge of platform-specific best practices. • Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles. • Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing is desired. • Familiarity with UX/UI principles (training will be provided). • Basic understanding of web design and WordPress. • C2 English (Required). • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
